Features and available models may change, and model availability may vary by app version, region, provider access, and product configuration.

You are responsible for the photos, images, and prompts you submit (“Inputs”). You represent that you have the necessary rights to use your Inputs and that they do not infringe others' rights or violate any law. You retain ownership of your Inputs.
4. Generated Content & Licensing
Subject to these Terms, your compliance, and applicable third-party model terms, you may use the videos you generate (“Outputs”). If you plan to use Outputs commercially, you should review the App's licensing details, applicable model provider terms, and platform rules before publishing or monetizing. We make no guarantee regarding commercial rights, royalty-free usage, or fitness for any particular purpose.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App or Site to:
- Create content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing.
- Generate content depicting real individuals without appropriate rights or consent.
- Violate intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service or its providers.
6. Third-Party Models & Trademarks
The App references AI video models by name for clarity and user understanding. These names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. VIBE is not the official app of, and is not endorsed by or partnered with, any model provider unless explicitly stated and legally true.
7. Purchases & Subscriptions
Paid features may be offered as one-time purchases or subscriptions managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are subject to the respective store's terms. Review those terms to manage or cancel a subscription.
8. Disclaimers
The App and Site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results can vary and may contain inaccuracies or artifacts. We do not guarantee specific results, perfect realism, or that any content will perform in a particular way on any platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App or Site.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure. You may stop using the App at any time.
